- We negotiate preferential contracts that secure the best rates possible and include flexible cancellation clauses to minimize your liability. Guidance from our legal advisors, coupled with our industry insider expertise, offers you the best possible protection.
- At the conclusion of your event, we follow up with the facility to ensure a smooth payment process, and to collect all pertinent data that may be of assistant in future negotiations (i.e., sleeping room and food & beverage revenues). This information will help document the value of your event to a particular property.
